Did you know that Bartolomé Bermejo was the greatest painter of 15th-century Spain? There are fewer than 20 known works by him and the National Gallery has gathered 7 of these rare works in a unique exhibition.

Join us on Sunday 18th August to discover more about this master of colours and textures, and have glimpse on Spain’s 15th-century fascinating history, from Reconquista to Inquisición.

We’ll meet on Sunday 18th August at 3pm at the National Gallery Getty Entrance (Trafalgar Square). The visit will be led in Spanish by our amazing Spanish teacher and Art Historian, Victoria. All levels of Spanish are welcome. You’ll be provided with a vocabulary list in advance.

Montessori Spanish Club

We are London pioneers in applying the Montessori principles to the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. Our teaching method is designed to help each child reach his/her maximum potential, by fostering autonomy and creative learning. Children are encouraged to explore and discover the Spanish language using a range of fun and engaging hands-on learning activities and games.

The Montessori Sunday Club is open to children aged between 4 and 7 years old. Always in a small group of maximum 10 children, sessions are run in a context of full immersion, allowing interaction among different levels of ability (vertical grouping).

The Sunday Club is taught by fully qualified and trained Montessori teachers with over 5 years’ experience working in Montessori learning environments. Sessions are structured following the Montessori’s “Scaffolding the child’s learning” technique. During the first 60 minutes of each session new contents and materials are introduced, allowing the children to interact with new and old materials in a guided free flow during the last 30 minutes of each session.
